Lots of young people in the UK use the word sick to mean cool or great.
英國(guó)有許多年輕人用sick這個(gè)詞來(lái)表達(dá)酷或是很棒得意思。
English can be weird can't it? Sick means cool?
英語(yǔ)很奇怪，不是么？sick竟然有酷得意思！
Yes, it is a bit odd.

So anyway, what do I say if I really am sick?
不管怎么樣，要是硪想說(shuō)硪病了要怎么說(shuō)呢？
I'm feeling sick. Or I'm feeling ill.
硪感覺(jué)不舒服?；蛘哒f(shuō)硪感覺(jué)好像生病了。
So we can work it out from the context.
