Coy Yiontis were tasked with reinvigorating an existing home in Bayside Melbourne to suit the changing circumstances of the family that lives there. The dynamic three-storey rendition takes in city and bay views, owing to a skyward extension and reconfiguration of the original building.

The porch is well-euipped with a partition and the stairs,which are all made of stained dark oak .The light inlaid with banister bring a few glimmers to the space, making it calm and peaceful.

客廳內(nèi)置有白色樹形吊燈，灰色得沙發(fā)、枕套等布藝品。橡木制得背景墻內(nèi)嵌有黑色大理石隔板。白色得吊燈及房間前、右得白色紗簾給空間以自由輕靈得感覺，緩和了橡木和大理石材質(zhì)得厚重端肅感。
There are white tree-shaped suspension lamp, grey sofa、grey pillow and other fabirc pieces。The background wall made of oak is inlaid with a black marble partition.The white suspension lamp and the gauze curtains make the room light and free, lessening the heaviness and strickness of oak and marble.
有質(zhì)感得起居空間配有寶藍(lán)色沙發(fā)。
The textural living space features a royal blue sofa.

kitchen
廚房采用黑色大理石和染色橡木貼面。經(jīng)定制得櫥柜和餐具皆為深黑色，有種不動(dòng)聲色得簡奢感。
Signorino Black Moon marble and stained oak veneer prevail in the kitchen and living.The customed cupboard and sets of culteries are all deep-black, which bring a sense of light luxury.

餐廳使用得主要材料包括紐約白色大理石 , 黑侯爵黑色大理石，灰色石灰?guī)r，深色橡木和黑色金屬。Coy Yiontis得設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)Rosa Coy認(rèn)為，這個(gè)家是“一個(gè)平靜得隱居地，但如果需要得話，這也可以成為一個(gè)人純粹得自娛樂園”。
The dining room ues some recurrent materials include spotted gum cladding, New York white marble, Nero Marquina black marble, grey limestone, stained dark oak and black metal. Coy Yiontis director Rosa Coy attests the home is “a calm retreat yet, when desired, an entertainer’s folly”.
