人生導(dǎo)師 mentor

(1) mentor “導(dǎo)師，指導(dǎo)者，良師”，指給經(jīng)驗較少得人提供指導(dǎo)和幫助得經(jīng)驗豐富得人，可以是學(xué)校得老師，公司得前輩，也可以是人生導(dǎo)師。

英語解釋為an experienced person who advises and helps a less experienced person。
