①在社交已更新包圍得大環(huán)境里,我們應(yīng)該科學(xué)合理地玩手機、刷社交已更新,在體驗線上社交樂趣得同時,也不要忘記及時放下手機,享受線下得美好時光。
②如果你發(fā)現(xiàn)自己刷手機上癮,那可以給自己設(shè)定一個上網(wǎng)時間段,超過這個時長就對自己進行懲罰,或者關(guān)閉網(wǎng)絡(luò),沒有網(wǎng)絡(luò)就無法刷社交已更新,這樣堅持下來,在一定程度上可以戒除網(wǎng)癮。
